Grand Oaks is a deed restricted community and is represented by the Grand Oaks Community Association. The community is controlled by The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions for Grand Oaks, Bylaws for Grand Oaks Community Association, Articles of Incorporation of Grand Oaks Community Association, Inc., Grand Oaks Community Standards and the Certificate of Resolution to Enforce Restrictions.
 
There are 55 homes in Grand Oaks.  We are a gated community with a Clubhouse, Pool & Spa for use by our residents and their guests.   The gates are controlled by an entry system for visitors and contractors.  We are not an age restricted community and we have no CDD fees.   
 
Copies of the Grand Oaks Official Documents are available under the “Documents” section on the navigation bar where the documents may be viewed, downloaded or printed.
 
Prior to closing:  Please complete and submit the online “INFORMATION FORM FOR BUYERS”.  Below is a link to the form. By completing the Information Form, you are giving permission to receive email communications from the Board of Directors and/or our Management Company.   
 
At closing:  All buyers pay a one-time Capital Contribution fee in the amount of $900.00 at closing.
Sellers are required to transfer to you: (2) Grand Oaks Clubhouse keys and (2) Gate key fobs for opening the front entrance gates.
 
After closing:   Please register to become a User of the Grand Oaks Website and display the information you choose in our online Resident Directory.
