Leasing In Grand Oaks
Grand Oaks is a deed restricted community and is represented by the Grand Oaks Community Association. The community is controlled by The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions for Grand Oaks, Bylaws for Grand Oaks Community Association, Articles of Incorporation of Grand Oaks Community Association, Inc., Grand Oaks Community Standards and the Certificate of Resolution to Enforce Restrictions.
All occupants of Grand Oaks, including owners, tenants and guests must comply with the terms and provisions of our Official Documents. In particular the DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS; Article IV: BUILDING AND USE RESTRICTIONS; Paragraph 20: Sale, Transfer, Lease or Occupation of a Homesite:
"...Owner shall notify the Board with the name of the new Owner or tenant, along with the closing date of sale or term of lease. A dwelling shall not be leased for less than a three (3) month term, or more often than twice per year and must be leased in its entirety. A copy of the lease must be provided to the Association within five (5) days of the execution of the lease. The Owner of a leased Homesite shall be jointly and severally liable with his or her tenant to the Association to pay any claim for injury or damage to property caused by the negligence of the tenant."

All tenants must register as "Tenants" on the Website for access to password protected pages and to receive email communications from our HOA.
PROPERTY OWNERS are responsible for providing tenants with "Clickers" for front gate access. Information on how to use the gate system is available on the website under the "Living Here" tab. Please provide our Gate Administrator with the names of your tenants and the dates on the lease.
