Landscape Maintenance
We are a landscape maintenance-free community!
The Board of Directors is responsible for the maintenance of all landscaping. This includes grass cutting, trimming, weeding, fertilization, pest control, irrigation system maintenance, palm and tree pruning and the trimming of all original developer plants and shrubs and those replaced by the Association.
The following document shows the current irrigation schedule for each home in Grand Oaks:
(This once/week irrigation schedule complies with Sarasota County Water Restrictions which will be in effect until at least July 2026, when the county will re-evaluate the situation. Beginning the week of May 4, 2026, the day that irrigation sprays run changed for about half the homes in Grand Oaks, and drip lines now run only at night. Please consult the above schedule for irrigation times relevant to your home.)
