Landscape Maintenance
We are a landscape maintenance-free community!
The Board of Directors is responsible for the maintenance of all landscaping. This includes grass cutting, trimming, weeding, fertilization, pest control, irrigation system maintenance, palm and tree pruning and the trimming of all original developer plants and shrubs and those replaced by the Association.
Here is the irrigation schedule. However, in accordance with recent Sarasota County Water Restrictions, the irrigation schedule will run only one day/week on the first day of each program on the schedule until at least July 2026, when the county will re-evaluate the situation.
