Modifications Committee
The role of the Modifications Committee is to approve applications for changes to the exterior of homes, including architectural and landscaping. Upon completion of approved projects, Committee members inspect for compliance with the "Grand Oaks Community Standards".

Committee Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 9:00am in the Grand Oaks Clubhouse.
The purpose of the meetings is to process applications received and pending.
All Owners are welcome to attend Committee Meetings.
The goal of the “Community Standards” is to maintain the ambiance of the Grand Oaks Community, maintain property values in the Community, control the operational costs of the Association, minimize environmental impact and comply with Federal, State and Local requirements.

All applications must be completed and submitted online. Paper applications are no longer accepted.
The Board of Directors has the responsibility of insuring that the Community remains in compliance with the “Community Standards”. On 3/20/2025, the Board adopted the "Resolution to Enforce Compliance with the Community Standards" document. A copy of the resolution is available in the Documents section.
