Pina Colada Cake

The pina colada cake turns a favorite tropical drink into a delicious dessert! Very moist cake with coconut and pineapple fillings, topped with Cool Whip and coconut.

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 8 oz. can cream of coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, in juice
1 12-oz tub Cool Whip
1 7 oz. can coconut

Directions:
1. Prepare cake mix as directed.

2. While cake is baking drain pineapple and reserve juice. Mix condensed milk, cream of coconut, and 1/4 - 1/3 cup pineapple juice.

3. When cake is done, poke holes in the hot cake and pour the milk mixture over it. Allow cake to cool.

4. Spread the crushed pineapple over the cake and then the Cool Whip. Sprinkle with the coconut. Allow cake to sit in refrigerator overnight.
